Our story

SciroccoMedia was born from Salvo La Rocca's passion for visual storytelling. The name comes from the scirocco, the wind that brings change: that is what we want to be for our clients, a creative push that gets things moving.

We work from Agrigento across Sicily and, increasingly, with clients abroad, following every project from idea to launch: cinematic commercials, music videos, event coverage, social content and websites. One team, one vision, no hand-offs between different vendors.

We believe every good project has real people behind it. Here we are.

It's not just a name. It's the promise we make to every client: we step into your business and leave behind something that moves, that is seen, and that is felt. Like the wind the agency is named after.

Before Sicily, Manchester

Before SciroccoMedia there was England: we studied in Manchester and did our first professional work there. That is why English is not a courtesy we tack on at the end of a quote, it is the language part of this team learned the craft in.

For a client abroad that means two concrete things. First, if the project runs in English, it runs in English from start to finish: briefs, meetings, revisions and documentation. Second, and less obvious, we are used to clients who are not in the next room, and to keeping a production on track at a distance without losing pieces along the way. Clients from abroad have already found us that way.
